I tried undervolting, disabling TurboBoost, official Dell power manager but none of these solutions kept it quiet. Sorry If I am asking too much questions but I recently purchased this laptop (DELL G3) and the fans get really loud during light usage. The NEW MBP 2018 is overheating on Windows and is not turning the fans AT ALL. The last thing i needed is to install Windows 10 on Bootcamp like my old Macbook Pro has.

I find that my manual settings are not being overridden for my laptop.
